Vinsk Chenin Blanc
Winemaker’s note:
An off-dry medium-bodied wine crafted from high-quality Chenin Blanc grapes and a small percentage of other varieties to create a refreshing complex, fruity wine that displays ripe fruit aromas of pear and apple.
Food pairing:
An easy-drinking aperitif wine, it pairs well with soft cheeses, and with mildly spicy and creamy dishes.
Serving temperature:
Well chilled at 10°-12°C
Alc. strength: 12.5% v/v
Vinsk Shiraz Cabernet
Winemaker’s note:
A medium-bodied wine made from high-quality Shiraz and Cabernet Sauvignon grapes from the Nashik Valley. The wine has aromas and flavours of red fruits with hints of cinnamon and pepper.
Food pairing:
Pairs well with tomato-based antipasti, pastas and curries, hard cheeses and grilled meats.
Serving temperature:
Slightly chilled at 16° – 18°C
