Sirak Select White
Winemaker’s note:
A light, refreshing and sweet wine bursting with floral notes and tropical fruit aromas. It is fruit-forward with the perfect balance of sweetness and acidity making it the perfect any time wine.
Food pairing:
It can be enjoyed on its own as an aperitif as well as paired with medium spicy Indian and Asian cuisine.
Serving temperature:
Well chilled at 10-12°C

Sirak Select Red
Winemaker’s note:
A medium-bodied wine made with oak influences and has dominant red A medium-bodied wine bursting with red fruit aromas, oak influences complemented by a slight sweetness on the palate. Well-structured and balanced, it is the perfect everyday wine.
Food pairing:
It can be enjoyed on its own and pairs well with mild to medium spicy Tandoor and tomato-based Italian dishes.
Serving temperature:
Slightly chilled at 16-18°C
